About Us
Blue Sphere is located in Ada, near Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our staff is comprised mainly of Microsoft Certified Professionals with expertise in database driven business solutions. Secure online transactions, business portals, content management, and business intelligence are a few of the places we call home.
For seven years Blue Sphere has provided consulting and application development to customers throughout West Michigan and beyond. Our financial stability is a reflection of the debt free balance sheet we have always maintained.
Our mission is to inspire quality and integrity by delivering optimal solutions in partnership with our customers and community of technology professionals. The pro bono commitments we’ve made to community organizations such as St. Johns Home and the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts are also good examples of our commitment to the community.
We take our responsibility as stewards of the West Michigan technology community very seriously. Mr. Goulet has served on the aimWest board of directors and the West Michigan SharePoint Users Group steering committee. Blue Sphere is also active in the West Michigan Sustainable Business Forum, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
We believe that to deliver quality, you need to measure and reward performance based on objective standards. In 2007 we implemented a performance bonus system that measures the performance of Blue Sphere software consultants based on ten key metrics, and rewards them appropriately. We have also implemented quality control and project management systems at Blue Sphere in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
